Joe is proud to be a part of the Carolina Ingredients “Team” in his positons of both Accounting and Human Resources Management since 2015.    Joe received his Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University located in Upstate NY.  He has over 25 years of experience in which he developed and utilized his Accounting/Human Resource/Management skills in the various industries that include Hospitality, Printing, Hydraulics, and Food Manufacturing.

The seven core cultures that are identified on this website and the commitment from the owner of the Company and throughout the organization which was presented/demonstrated that persuaded me to accept my position here and continue to strive each day to ensure these values remain intact as we continue to grow together. My favorite is “Our Team is only as good as the value you create”. I believe that embodies the other values we aim for to provide a positive, safe, and efficient work environment.

Personal

I moved to Charlotte, NC in 2006 from my hometown of Rochester, NY to be closer to my immediate family who moved to Charlotte a couple of years prior. I am a singer/musician and have the pleasure of working together with my Father who has been a band leader for many years. It is truly a great bonding experience with my Dad. I also am active in the music ministry in the St. Matthew Church community. I enjoy cooking and inviting friends and family for good food and social interaction. I enjoy sporting events. “Go Panthers” and yes, I’m a Yankee, so I root for both the NY Yankees and the Mets.

Favorite Seasoning Blend

Carolina Classic is my favorite blend we create here. I very much enjoy using it on Steaks and using it as a rub for both a Prime Rib and Beef Tenderloin. The hint of dill and the proportion of adding a bit more garlic and a little less salt offers a pleasing taste to the palate.
