Carolina Ingredients has changed the way I taste & smell all spices!

I was born and raised in New Jersey in a single parent home. Where I was forbidden to use the stove, for fear I would burn the house down. So naturally I went to the Culinary School at The New Your Restaurant School and became a Chef. After graduation I spent the next several years honing my craft in New England from Boston to Newport RI. Eventually returning to work in New York City. When my chef life had come to an end, I transitioned into food sales with Sysco selling to restaurants in New York.

My favorite core culture here is “Building Partnerships”. Nothing is more important than trust. If our customer trust us, we will be able to grow right a long side of them

Personal

I have been married for 20+ years. My wife Susan and I have two children, Madeline and Liam. Both play lacrosse and hockey, so I spend a lot of time driving from rink to rink. If I am not coaching, I am watching them play. I have been playing musician most of my life and I am currently in a band that plays every Thursday.

My favorite seasoning blend is Mexican Street Corn. It goes great on everything.
