Carolina Ingredients Moves into 2014 with the Non-GMO Project!

2013 was a year that saw increased demand from consumers for non-GMO products and labeling. We’ve heard this demand loud and clear, and we’re happy to announce that we can now formulate and certify our blends to Non-GMO Project standards at Carolina Ingredients!

As customers seek out non-GMO products, consumer need is at an all time high. The Non-GMO Project is leading the way in product labeling and offers North America’s only third party verification for non-GMO food and products.

Companies from Whole Foods to the Chipotle restaurant chain to General Mills’ Cheerios have announced a commitment to non-GMO products and labeling in recent months. A clear response to the voices of their customers, 2014 is poised to see this trend continue.

At Carolina Ingredients, our process is simple. We formulate our samples to Non-GMO Project standards so we can hand you a preapproved seasoning, once the Product Verification Program is complete. Leaving you to submit your finished product for Non-GMO Project approval without the extra steps for the seasoning component.
